Values Based Recruiting
We implement a values based recruitment process in order to:
- Focus on identifying and portraying our personalities and unique characteristics of ourselves and our chapters
- “No Frills”
- NPC best practice means there is nothing added to the recruitment process, instead we are showcasing our distinct values
- We want girls, who are going through the process, to have a good understanding of what their values are in life so they can potentially join a chapter that aligns with those values and that enhances their experience throughout and beyond their college years
